The word Vernazza is derived from the Latin root word Verna, meaning "of the land". Vernazza is built with a Grand Castle that marks the city in a very symbolic manner.

As the fourth town heading north into Cinque Terre (CHINK-weh TAY-reh), there is no car traffic and its breathtaking views are among the most picturesque one can experience. Therefore, fittingly, it makes an appropriate name for a brokerage representing our exclusive Southern California lifestyle! Not so coincidently, the patron saint of Vernazza is Santa Margherita, making our corporate headquarters destined to be right at home in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA!
